Bizzy bizzy bee

Hello.

Today was my physio day. I decided to try the bicycle. I did 3.5k with even power between the legs. I was well chuffed. I’ve also taught three piano pupils and made a malt loaf. The making of a malt loaf cannot be done without ending up covered in sticky sweet brown goo. Lots of finger licking helped. Of course I’ll pay for it with a gravity awareness day but I just wanted to cock a snook at the beast whilst I could.

Best wishes, Steve

Praise the lord Steven. For your achievements, you should get a gold medal, before you crash in a fizzy, dizzy, tizzy, playing thin lizzy. I was looking at some synthesisers today in a music chop & found them half the price on eBay. I’ll stick to the looper with Alice Cooper. Any old noise will do for me. I can sample a fart with my Skytec & play ghoust busters.

Well done Steve! I sometimes push my MS elf as far as I can! Make hay while the sun shines (which it certainly is not today in a wet and cold London).

I call my MS an elf because I refuse to think of it as a monster… after all it’s part of my body. I was reading that in the middle-ages many illnesses were blamed on elves… quite handy if they can’t find the cause of an illness so seems perfect for MS!

Malt loaf… mmmmmm… esp with butter on! I could so eat a slice of that right now!

Wow Steve you did go above and beyond, well done you.

I expect today will need to be a tad quieter and recover.

I love malt loaf, with lashings of butter on top, but not jam like my hubby.
