BETAFERON SIEZURES

Hi Ive been taking betaferon for almost a year and half now, 6 months into taking it I started to have convulsions/siezures very hard to describe but it feels like it my nerves are jangling allover my body it can last up to 45 minutes,b (feels bit like when you watch a cartoon and the get an electric shock and you see their skelton) my GP put me on Amtripolene which I thought was working and i would take one every time it happened the siezure woould last 30-45 minutes, I thought it was working however my nuerologiest told me to take one doseage everyday since then my siezures have increased, Im bit at a loss and my neurologist seems to have written me off and has even stated that the ms seems to be ‘clearing itself up’ and that he has ‘seen worse cases’, I have booked an appointment with a private nuerologist as i need direction, from reading the medication informaton leaflets both Betaferon and Amptriolene have convulsions as side effects! has anyone come off either of these? and how hard was it? how long does it take? has anyone had the same happen to them? Im a bit at a loss but know I cant continue as I am. my gp and i have tried reducing and increasing the Amptripolene but it just increases my convulsions in reducing the medication I have discovered that the seizures lats 30-45 minutes whether i take the medication or not,
