Any Legal eagles out there?

Visit a local stately home regularly.

Parking is £50 p.a. (only one named driver allowed) but before you can buy the pass you have to become a ‘Friend’ and this costs an additional £40.

You can’t get a parking permit unless you are a 'Friend.

'However If you’re a Disabled Driver with a Blue Badge you can buy a parking pass (£50) but you DON’T have to become a ‘Friend.’

Admittance to the Home and garden is free for everyone.

My question is - If a Blue badge Holder is asked to pay £50 without becoming a Friend should an able bodied person be allowed to enter under the same conditions?

As long as he/she consents to becoming disabled first - but hey, that’s a small price to pay for saving 40 quid, isn’t it? They’ll be queuing round the block.
