My fatigue is getting worse and is taking over my life. I tried Amantadine…which did nothing for me. Then I tried Modafinil which was amazing…for the few years I used it- but the last couple of times I tried it it made me very unwell…so its now a no no. I have now been told about something called ‘Selegiline’ and just wondered if anyone else has heard or tried it?
