yea i was too hot so came downstairs and played on laptop.

I also hate nights, cos there are no distractions to take

my mind off the buzzing, pins & needles, spasms, pain etc.

I take baclofen and amytriptline, but if I up them anymore

I feel like a zombie, so it’s a catch 22, dammed if you do or

dammed if you dont, so I empathise with you.
