It’s very very hard Stevie I know.

I try and keep positive with thinking about all the research going on and the fact that PPMS sometimes just stops progressing… but believe me I know this ‘cup is half full’ attitude can sometimes feel like hard work.

Everyone on here understands. Don’t know what I’d do without this little gang.

Try, if at all possible, not to look back or forward. I find it helps and the more I force myself to do it the easier it gets (although that doesn’t mean I don’t have my down-times… it’s just that overall it makes it easier).

Thanks Pat, good advice as always from you. Im ok generally, just feel a bit sorry sorry for wife and kids. They never moan and are always positive and I know this poxy disease would be so much harder to live with without them, but it is a disease that doesn’t just affect us is it? Steve xx
