I have just found out my hairdresser has glandular fever
I know this is contagious but am I ok to still get my hair cut from her?
Or am I overthinking it 
Just so difficult to fight any germs I pick up it seems 
Glandular fever used to be known as the Kissing disease because it’s spread through saliva so you should be fine.

Easily done especially when we know how illness can affect someone with MS. If you know her well would you be able to ask her to wear a mask while she cuts your hair, or ask if it’s OK that you wear one? x

It is indeed contagious and primarily spreads through saliva, such as kissing, sharing drinks, or eating utensils. It’s perfectly reasonable to postpone your appointment until your hairdresser is no longer contagious or to see a different stylist in the meantime
