Seems like only yesterday that I was in my 20s but - I reckon Iāve probably got at least another good 30 odd years in me. I canāt go back to my old career or boxing again but, I can still have a good walk in the sunshine as long as I pay attention to where my feet are are going 
ā¦ thatāll do for now.

Amen to that. Iām 63 and have just come home after a weekās holiday involving some good walks in the sunshine, paying attention to where my feet are going, just as you say. The glass is half-full. Cheers!
