20 Sept 17.00 in A+E - severe chest pain - thought my end was nigh!
Problem dx’d as skeleto-muscular (m.s. hug.) and discharged after 2 days.
Was it just coincidence or was the butterfly an indication of something?
(Maybe I’m reading too much into this.)
