I came across this today. Self vertigo fix for positional vertigo. I know vertigo in MS may be caused by various things, an ear issue or lesions in the brain. If it’s an ear issue or positional vertigo then this could help may be.
Simple Fix To Vertigo
Would give it a go if i could get in that position in the first place i can’t get down in that position at all wish i could lol.i suppose it works on the same principle as the Epley manouvere to put the crystals back in place in the inner ear.Think it will only work though if that’s the problem where the inner ear crystals are out of alignment.

lf you cannot get down - or get up - from the floor - how about just lying flat on your bed. l do my pilates/yoga stretch and flex - and [groan!!] like this.
It’s all a bit impossible for me too. I’ve done other vestibular exercises and they do work, but you have to keep at it.

I’ve just started Beta Histine today, so we’ll see how it goes
Well the Beta Histine seems to be working very well. If I’ve got important meetings, shopping trip or DIY jobs to do I take 2 tablets about half an hour before hand and this keeps things calm and under control for me. I was taking 4 a day just after my last relapse but I only take them as needed now.
